Free standard shipping on every order
Every US order ships free via tracked Standard USPS. No minimum spend, ever.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, then your order ships tracked to your door. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 10–21 business days. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges — our 30-day promise
If it is not right, we will make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect? Send us a photo and we will ship a free replacement. No return needed, no cost to you.
- Changed your mind? Return any non-personalized item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. You cover return shipping. No restocking fee.
- Personalized or engraved pieces are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, so these are replaced or refunded when there is a fault or an error on our side.
Need to change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not entered production we will change or cancel it free of charge. Once production has started we may not be able to stop it, but we will always try.
Lost or stolen packages
Package protection is available at checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
