30-Day Returns

If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you completely covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Hello@goodyfe.com with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including any return shipping. You should never pay for our mistake.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping — and there are no restocking fees, ever.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you the moment it's on its way.
